Get the most out of PowerBI with CRM.ES

CRM.ES offers the connection service with POWER.BI so that users who want to use
2or are accustomed to this platform can extract their reports, graphs and indicators
from the information stored in our CRM.

PowerBI is Microsoft’s most powerful solution for Business Intelligence. As it could not be otherwise, CRM.ES offers the possibility of using this tool and a series of pre-designed indicators that will allow you to analyze the evolution of your company in a clear and precise way.

The cost of the module is €995, to which we will have to add the services to prepare the personalized reports needed for management.

POWERBI activation for CRM.ES includes the following services:

  • Support for installing PowerBI Desktop on a customer computer
  • Installing the necessary components on the laptop to view the data
  • Opening of ports for direct access to CRM.ES data
  • Installation of the PowerBI – CRM.ES model with more than 20 preconfigured indicators
  • 2 hours of support to design custom indicators requested by the client

Available Indicators

During the installation process, a preconfigured model will be delivered with more than
20 predesigned indicators that will allow you to start using PowerBI connected to
CRM.ES without the need to design indicators from scratch.

This graph allows you to visualize the potentials generated throughout the period month by month, and year by year by each of the users. It also allows you to view the creation of accounts, month by month, year by year for each of the CRM users.

It will allow you to view the activities reported by each user over time, being able to filter by year, quarter, type of activity or by user. For example, you can measure how many visits a user has made in a certain period of time and compare it with others.
